Please read through the following shop policies carefully to avoid any discrepancies in your purchases. As a buyer, you are completely responsible for reading and understanding our shop policies and the listing descriptions. Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, all Ineffable Crystals’ items are payable through PayPal. Please make the payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Your order shall be dispatched only once the payment has been received.

Prices

Please note that all the items’ prices are listed in USD (US Dollars). Kindly convert the prices appropriately. Shipping charges are not included in the item’s prices. Shipping costs depend on the packaging weight, delivery destination and shipping speed.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. 

Only in the instances of severe damage incurred during the shipping process, we shall accept a return and issue a refund. However, the photographs of the damaged items must be provided within a maximum of 1 day after the tracking service has confirmed the delivery at your given location. Any claim for return/refund after this time shall not be accepted. Also, please note that the refund for the damaged item shall only be processed once we have received it back. The costs of return shipping are to be borne by the Buyer and we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be assured that in such cases of damaged items, we always strive to resolve the issues quickly and oblige the circumstances.

Delivery

We offer international shipping and can ship to anywhere and everywhere. We use USPS and Canada Post for shipping all orders. The shipping costs depend upon a variety of factors such as the shipping destination, parcel/package weight and shipping speed. We try our best to ensure that all the orders are shipped within 3 business days after confirmation of payment. Order processing time varies. We sincerely appreciate your patience. We shall also require some additional information such as your Email Address and Postal Address in order to complete your order.

USA and Canada

Most orders shipped to the USA and Canada arrive within 5-7 business days after we drop them at the post office of the postal service (Canada Post or USPS). Please note that delays may arise due to public holidays, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We also offer expedited shipping options.

International

International shipping time varies from anywhere between 15-45 business days after we drop the package/parcel at the postal office. Please note that delays may arise due to public holidays, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We also offer expedited shipping options.

All our orders are shipped with tracking services and the tracking number and other related shipping information would be emailed to you at your provided email address. In the instance of any issues with the shipping information, please contact the postal service at your end. Similarly, if your package is delayed/lost, please reach out to the shipping company. We do not issue refunds for stolen parcels/packages.

Once a package is dropped off, it is in the hand of the shipping company as far as safety and speed are concerned. If you input the wrong address and we already shipped your parcel, you will need to contact the post with your tracking and resolve it at your end. We cannot change your address for PayPal invoices so please be sure that your address is correct before making the payment.

 

Also, note that Packaging adds to your overall weight. We have to add extra padding to make sure your order travels safely. We pride ourselves in packaging your orders with our pristine ultimate care, safety and with love.

Customs and Duties

The buyer is fully responsible to pay for the customs duties/tax, fees, import taxes or any other charges that might incur with the import of Ineffable Crystals’ items. We are not accountable for any customs/import fees that might arise and please make note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the appropriate importing and exporting requirements of your country are satisfied. All custom/tax dues need to be paid by the buyer and any claim to hold Ineffable Crystals accountable shall be denied right away. In the instance, if a buyer refuses to pay for any such charges, a refund/return shall not be accepted.
